While renovations are completing on the facility for our 24/7 Drop In Center, Sanctuary Night operates on Monday nights out of a Lower Lights’s building on Sullivant Avenue.
“When it was winter of 2018-19, I remember that I was so cold and my coat was so thin and I was hungry and tired. I was walking down Sullivant Avenue and I remember asking what day it was. It was Monday. Thank you God cuz I knew I could go to Sanctuary Night, wash up in the bathroom, put clean clothes on, and eat. I also could talk to people that didn’t treat me like a drug addict. And that meant ALL to me. It was only for 2 hours, but for those 2 hours I knew someone cared.”
